Gender and sexuality have a more holistic, fluid and multidimensional nature than people generally realize. We all deserve our place in society as we actually are, not as conscripts forced to become a parody of a narrow binary ideal. Acknowledging the wide spectrum of possible life paths, gender identities and roles, I give top priority to providing a safe environment for clients to explore or change their relationships, behaviors or presentation.

I am the Associate Director of the Los Angeles Gender Center. All of us at The Los Angeles Gender Center are dedicated to providing a place where an individual can explore one's identity, resources and place in the scheme of things. That exploration can lead to replacing stuckness with movement, deprivation with options and alienation with belonging.

In addition to gender counseling and psychotherapy, I also provide second opinions and facilitate a male to female transgender support and growth groups at my Woodland Hills office. This group is one of several offered by the Los Angeles Gender Center.
